Notice of Receipt of an Application to Construct - CAPP – TCA Transloading

Public notice is being given of the receipt of an application to construct for a facility to be regulated under the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the following applicant, Tactical Cleaning Acquisition, LLC, which uses Butane in a Butane Transloading Process.  The facility will be located at17127 Inland Port Drive, Fernley, which is in Churchill County, Nevada. The public notice period is from July 1, 2025 to July 30, 2025.
