Notice of Receipt of an Application to Construct - CAPP – Ocean Spray

Public notice is being given of the receipt of an application to construct for a facility to be regulated under the Chemical Accident Prevention Program for the following applicant, Ocean Spray Cranberries - Henderson, which uses Anhydrous Ammonia in the Ammonia Refrigeration System Mechanical Room Expansion Project.  The facility will be located at 1301 American Pacific Dr., Henderson, which is in Clark County, Nevada. Public comment period is from April 15, 2026, to May 14, 2026.
