Workshop on Proposed Amendments to Nevada Administrative Code 445A & 459
The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is proposing regulations that will amend Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 445A.2272, 445A.22735, and certain regulations within 459.9991 - 459.99939. A workshop has been scheduled to solicit comments from people interested in the amendments, which are described in the notice & agenda linked below.
The workshop will take place on May 15, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
