Advisory Committee on Transportational Storm Water Management

ABOUT THE COMMITTEE:

The Advisory Committee on Transportational Storm Water Management was created in 2015 by the Nevada State Legislature as part of Senate Bill 324 and codified at Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 408.439. The Committee works cooperatively with the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) to monitor the status and efficacy of the Nevada Department of Transportation’s storm water program, and ensure its sound implementation and functioning.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Advisory Committee is made up of five members appointed by the Director of the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Meetings are chaired by Mr. Greg Lovato, NDEP Administrator, and members serve three-year terms beginning July 1, 2018.
