Stormwater discharge permits are required for certain activities by U.S. EPA regulations at 40 CFR § 122.26(b)(14). In compliance with this regulation, the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) has issued several permits.

Notices of Intents (applications for permit coverage), Notice of Terminations, Fees, and other correspondence should be mailed to:

Continuation of Coverage -- NDEP's general permits have expired but remain in effect until reissued (NAC 445A.241). Coverage obtained under the existing permits will continue under the reissued permits.
