This project updated information (including: hydrogeologic framework, groundwater hydrology, and regional groundwater flow system) on White Pine County's water resources and also updated the Water Resources Plan to assist in identifying potential water use and needs based on scenarios for growth and development. The County added GIS capability in order to maintain and update information as it becomes available. The White Pine County Water Resources Plan was adopted in August 2006.
