July 2009 — Proposed revisions to the State’s corrective action and leaking underground storage tank programs
Proposed Regulation R189-08 were heard in front of the State Environmental Commission on June 17, 2009. The State Environmental Commission approved the regulations as presented by the NDEP. Prior to becoming effective, the proposed regulations must be approved by the Legislative Commission; the Commission is responsible for overseeing executive branch regulations. No hearing date has been set by the Legislative Commission at this time. Continue to check here for updates and information.
